Second Amendment right partially upheld
Submitted by Michael Hampton on Thu, 2008-06-26 14:29.The U.S. Supreme Court announced Thursday that the individual right to keep and bear arms guaranteed by the Second Amendment was nevertheless open to regulation, restriction, licensing and registration, just like the First Amendment.

TSA screeners fail most bomb tests
